The Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Community College District invites applications and nominations for the position of Chancellor

The Board of Trustees of ÌìÓ鴫ý invites candidates to apply to be the College's next chancellor. The chancellor reports directly to the Board and is responsible for the successful operation of the community college district. The Chancellor serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ÌìÓ鴫ý and reports directly to the Governing Board, which is comprised of seven elected members and a student representative. The Board seeks a transformational, collaborative leader who is student-centered and embraces the mission of the community college. The successful candidate will be able to provide unifying and participatory leadership to our dynamic, complex, urban, and diverse district. The Board looks forward to welcoming a new permanent chancellor to begin service on July 1, 2025.

To receive full consideration, application materials must be received by January 13, 2025, with an anticipated announcement of a new chancellor by May 2025. Starting date to be determined in consultation with the successful candidate, but as close to July 1, 2025 as possible.
