COVID-19 Employee Positive Case Report

If you, or an employee you supervise (including a student employee) has tested positive for COVID-19, please fill out the immediately to notify the 天娱传媒 COVID Response team.

As of Monday, February 6, 2023, indoor masking is highly recommended at all 天娱传媒 locations.

Vaccines and Exemptions Upload

Employees, including student employees, must continue to submit proof of vaccination, following the instructions below.

Students and employees can report their current vaccination status, claim vaccination exemption, and upload supporting documentation (screenshot or image) via the My天娱传媒 Mobile App available for Apple iOS and Android mobile devices.

Students and employees claiming exemptions can download the exemption forms below. After the form has been completed, please upload them on the Vaccination Status website.

Students and employees with approved exemptions will be required to provide a screenshot or image of COVID-19 test results every 7 calendar days.

FAQs For Employees (including Student Workers and Federal Work Study participants):

Please notify your supervisor immediately then follow the guidance from the San Francisco Department of Public Health that can be found here , which includes:

for at least 5 days after start of symptoms (Day 0) or after date of first positive test (Day 0) if no symptoms.

  • Isolation can end after Day 5 if:
    • Symptoms are not present, or are mild and improving; AND
    • You are fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication).
  • If fever is present, isolation should be continued until 24 hours after fever resolves.
  • If symptoms, other than fever, are not improving, continue to isolate until symptoms are improving or until after Day 10.
  • If th?e confirmed case has severe symptoms, or is at high risk of serious disease or has questions concerning care, they should contact their healthcare provider for available treatments.
  • Infected persons should wear a well-fitting mask around others for a total of 10 days, especially in indoor settings.*
  • ??After you have ended isolation, if your symptoms recur or worsen, get tested again and if positive, restart isolation at Day 0.

*After ending isolation (no fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and symptoms are improving), confirmed cases may remove their mask sooner than Day 10 if they have two sequential negative tests at least one day apart. If antigen test results are positive, the person may still be infectious and should continue wearing a mask and wait at least one day before taking another test.

The COVID-19 vaccine is one of the most important ways to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. San Francisco is currently vaccinating people who live, work, or learn in San Francisco and are 12 years and older. For more information about getting the COVID-19 vaccine, visit the .

Individuals may request an exemption from this requirement for one of the following reasons:

  • Medical
    • An excuse from receiving COVID-19 vaccine due to a Medical Contraindication or Precaution.
  • Disability
    • A verified physical or mental disorder or condition that limits a major life activity and any other condition recognized as a disability under applicable law.
  • Religious Objection
    • An individual’s objection to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine is based on that person’s sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.

Individuals granted an exemption will be able to participate in in-person activities after submitting the results of a COVID PCR test taken within 72 hours (3 days) of the first in-person activity. Continued participation in in-person activities is contingent on the submission of weekly negative COVID tests. COVID testing is available in the Student Health Center.
