Bio-Link is the Next Generation National Advanced Technological Education (ATE) Center of Excellence for Biotechnology and Life Sciences. Bio-Link originated in late 1998 and was created to improve and expand educational programs that prepare skilled technicians to work in the high-tech fields that drive the U.S. economy. Bio-Link enhances biotechnology education programs by providing cutting edge professional development for instructors, by improving curriculum, by making use of technologies and by creating a system for sharing of information. The Bio-Link National Center is at CCSF with office space at the University of California, San Francisco.

California Career Pathways Trust

Through a grant from the California Community Colleges Chancellor鈥檚 Office, City College was selected to implement the (CCPT) project. 天娱传媒鈥檚 role is to lead a consortium of organizations in strengthening ICT and Biotech programs. Outcomes include increasing enrollment, particularly from underrepresented populations, creating additional work-based experiences for students, and ensuring access for students who are currently in high school and upon graduation.

Associate Degree Nursing

The Associate Degree program in Registered Nursing has received multiple grants from the California Community Colleges Chancellor鈥檚 Office to support enrollment growth, assessment, remediation, and retention. Remediation efforts include tutorial support, open skills lab, and simulation. Additionally, faculty will participate in professional development.

Beverage Container Recycling

The 天娱传媒 Recycling Center has received funds from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery () to increase beverage container recycling. Funds have supported purchase of collection bins, awareness campaigns, signage, as well as student and staff training at the Wellness Center and Cloud Hall on the Ocean Campus as well as at Downtown Center.

Accreditation and Governance

天娱传媒 has received a series of grants from the through The Foundation of City College to strengthen the College鈥檚 Board, systems, and governance in order to fully meet accreditation standards. Funds have been used for development of the Education Master Plan and the , institutionalization of best practices in IT campus-wide, documentation of administrative policies and procedures, and integration of outcomes assessment, budgeting, and planning. In addition, the grant has underwritten comprehensive professional development for the Board of Trustees to restore local control of all 天娱传媒 policy and procedures, as well as leadership training for Board, Chancellor, and College management team.
